Jennifer Malone, MBA, RT(R) (ARRT)
Director of Operations, B&B Health Services and Imaging Service
Jennifer has served as the Director of Operations for B&B Health Services since 2018, managing clinical and diagnostic imaging operations, physician partnerships, marketing, and business development. With her background as a registered ARRT diagnostic imaging technologist in MRI and X-ray and her undergraduate degree in Radiological Science, she brings the clinical insight needed to operate the organization’s healthcare facilities effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients and providers.
Drawing on her MBA and graduate certificate in Leadership and Management, Jennifer applies Lean Six Sigma and KPI-driven management to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve profitability. She builds and maintains actionable performance dashboards for utilization and decision support. Her work centers on designing efficient systems that deliver quality care, strengthen provider performance, generate new revenue streams, and maximize the potential of each B&B service line.
Jennifer’s operational scope includes overseeing diagnostic imaging at satellite offices; leading the DME and orthopedic bracing division, medical device distribution and sales; and managing PRP injection programs, driving growth across B&B Health Services’ full range of services.
Her leadership also extends to establishing and managing satellite clinic locations and overseeing human resources, recruitment, and staffing to build high-performing teams. Leveraging her combined clinical and business experience, Jennifer partners with physicians, surgeons, and executive leaders to integrate imaging, orthopedic bracing, and medical devices into cohesive ancillary programs that expand services, capture revenue, and elevate patient care.
Working hand in hand with the CEO of B&B Health Services, she aligns strategy and execution across these initiatives, and her operational vision and hands-on leadership make B&B a trusted healthcare partner across the Southeast.
On a personal note: Jennifer loves to travel and spend time with her son who serves in the USCG and her sweet grandson.
